Job description
- Conduct on-going auditory reviews and assessments of business units within the Group.
- Diligently keep a systematic check on the Group companies’ spending to improve organisational efficiency.
- Perform reconciliation of transactions as per bank statement.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Provide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings.
- Conduct and attend regular meetings with senior Management to share financial findings.
- Liaise with relevant authorities, regulators and other stakeholders relating to finance and accounting.
- Prepare any other documents related to finance and accounting.
- Work closely with the Group CFO to increase the financial efficiency of the Group of companies.
Requirements:
- Having at least completed ACCA Level 2.
- Minimum 3-year experience in an audit role.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Excel and Accounting Software such as QuickBooks.
- Disciplined and team-oriented.
- Willingness to work odd hours, as required.
- Analytical thinking and attention to details.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and continuously up-to-date.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Having the right mind-set and attitude.
