Junior HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for daily HR Operations.

 

 

Employment Contracts & HR Administration
Prepare, issue, and follow up on contracts of employment, amendments, renewals, and confirmations.
Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable labour laws and internal policies.

Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of employee documents.

 

 
Employee Masterfile Management
Update and maintain the employee masterfile on a regular basis.
Ensure accuracy of employee data including personal details, job information, compensation, and contract status

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.

 

Expatriate Support
Assist the HR team to act as a point of contact for expatriates regarding HR-related queries
Provide assistance to HR Team to respond to queries related to contracts, payroll, allowances, documentation, and HR procedures.
Liaise with internal stakeholders when escalation or clarification is required.
 
Reporting & Data Compilation
Compile HR data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (headcount, payroll summaries, contract status, etc.).
Support the HR team in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely submission of reports

Qualifications , Experience and skills

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role
