Junior HR Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for daily HR Operations.
| Employment Contracts & HR Administration | |||||||||||||
| Prepare, issue, and follow up on contracts of employment, amendments, renewals, and confirmations. | |||||||||||||
| Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable labour laws and internal policies. | |||||||||||||
Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of employee documents.

| Employee Masterfile Management | |||||||||||||
| Update and maintain the employee masterfile on a regular basis. | |||||||||||||
| Ensure accuracy of employee data including personal details, job information, compensation, and contract status | |||||||||||||
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.

| Expatriate Support | |||||||||||||
| Assist the HR team to act as a point of contact for expatriates regarding HR-related queries | |||||||||||||
| Provide assistance to HR Team to respond to queries related to contracts, payroll, allowances, documentation, and HR procedures. | |||||||||||||
| Liaise with internal stakeholders when escalation or clarification is required. | |||||||||||||
| Reporting & Data Compilation | |||||||||||||
| Compile HR data and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (headcount, payroll summaries, contract status, etc.). | |||||||||||||
| Support the HR team in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. | |||||||||||||

Qualifications , Experience and skills |
