Junior Estimator cum QS/Project Support

Alpha Contracting Ltd is seeking a Junior Estimator cum Quantity Surveyor / Project Support to assist in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, basic cost control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare basic cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
 Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
 Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
 Assist with project budget tracking and cost control
 Support project planning, progress tracking, and reporting
 Coordinate with site team, suppliers, and subcontractors
 Maintain project and cost records

Requirements

 Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil
Engineering
 1 – 2 years’ experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
 Ability to read basic construction drawings
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
 Willingness to learn, well-organised, and detail-oriented
