We are seeking a dedicated and organized Junior Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team.

 

This role is pivotal to ensure efficient functioning of office operations and providing essential support across various functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks, manage correspondence, maintain documentation, and filing systems 

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements 

Maintain office supplies and inventory  

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures 

Assist in basic accounting, booking, and procurement

Support HR functions

Prepare reports, memos, presentations

Participate in pedagogical and other activities

 

Key Skills

Strong time management and organizational skills 

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Ability to adapt, collaborate, and take initiative 

Multitasking capabilities

Basic financial knowledge
