We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle our client's USA POD updates on their API.

 

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle our client's USA POD updates on their API.(Logistics experience required)

Working Hours: 6 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday (weekend availability may be required)

Role Overview:
Check and update PODs via client's API

Monitor delivery scans (F1, F2, F3) and escalate any delays or exceptions

Log updates accurately and keep internal systems aligned

Experience with US couriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. ) is a bonus.


Requirements:

Experience in customer service or logistics (6+ months)

Basic understanding of logistics terms like POD, F1–F3 scan events, manifest, RTS, and SLA

Comfortable using API dashboards / courier tracking systems

Strong attention to detail & good written English and quick learner.

Flexible to work US hours and weekends (EST overlap)
