💼 Key Responsibilities (per role)

Junior Accountant

• Record daily receipts and allocations in accounting software

• Process and reconcile customer/supplier invoices

• Reconcile payroll, bank, and cash

• Monitor fixed assets and inter-company accounts

• Prepare monthly VAT/GST filings

• Support ad hoc tasks as needed

Accountant

• Manage supplier and customer invoices and petty cash

• Reconcile payroll, bank, and cash accounts

• File VAT returns and monitor fixed assets

• Prepare management accounts and assist with audits

• Support filing with relevant authorities

• Train and guide Junior Accountants

Senior Accountant

• Review and oversee accounting entries and reconciliations

• Analyze and improve financial workflows and processes

• Compute and file income tax

• Prepare and review management accounts

• Ensure timely compliance with authorities

• Provide guidance during audits and support strategic initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience (minimum) in a similar role

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage is a plus)

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
