We are looking for a Claims Handler to efficiently manage Travel Inconvenience (flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues) and Medical claims for our international travel insurance programs.

 

We are looking for a Claims Handler to efficiently manage Travel Inconvenience (flight delays, cancellations, baggage issues) and Medical claims for our international travel insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and handle incoming claims via email, claims portal, and WhatsApp.

  • Ensure swift, clear, and customer-focused claims handling, following processes in places & best practices in terms of communication

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Assistance, Finance, Underwriting, Customer Service) to resolve complex cases.

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to service optimization.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Profile:

  • Prior experience in travel insurance claims handling or medical claims.

  • Proficiency with claims management tools and multi-channel communication.

  • Strong analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French..

  • Customer-oriented mindset.
