Internal Auditor

La Vallée Des Couleurs Nature Park is looking for an objective Internal Auditor who will add value and enhance the operations by applying a systematic and disciplined approach to risk management, control, and governance procedures.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design an internal control framework for the Company.
• Development, document and implement processes and accounting policies and procedures to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Evaluation of any weaknesses in internal controls and in the implementation remedial actions.
• Assist in the inventory control process.
• Perform physical count of inventories as and when required and supervise reconciliations of inventories.
• Assist in the assessment and review of the existing ERP to ensure the optimal use of its functionality in terms of processes and controls.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on internal control findings, recommendations, and remediation plans.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of internal control processes with business objectives and operational activities.
• Lead projects with focus on controls and risk mitigation.
• Providing guidance and training to employees on internal control policies, procedures, and best practices.
