Welcome and assist clients in-resort, ensuring they enjoy a seamless and pleasant stay.
Provide information and support regarding excursions,transfers,and hotel services
Handle client queries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate records of guests interactions and feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:-Minimum 2 year's experience in customer service, preferably in travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills both oral & writte. English and French essentila a third language such as German, Arabic or Hindi could be a definite advantage
Strong interpersonal skills & a proactive and service oriented attitude
Ability to work on flexible hours,including weekends a & public holidays
Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
