Your responsibilities within our Tribe

• Following agreed procedures, receives requests for first & second level application support and provides routine advice to users on systems, products and services which are available to them.
• Incident management through the call logging mechanism and ticket system
• Follows standard procedures, documenting incidents, problems and requests in a timely and accurate manner, progress checking, and ensuring that accurate diagnostic information is provided for error resolution and incident analysis.
• Ensures all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
• Conduct such other cognate duties as may be assignedConduct such other cognate duties as may be assigned

Your distinctive profile

• Holds a degree/diploma in Computer Science or related fields
• Ability to communicate fluently both orally and in writing (French and English)
