IT Technician

Provide day to day IT Support to the organization and resolving service request or problem related to IT Assets such as workstations and peripherals. In addition, manage and update database for the asset tracking related to the company's activities.

Skills Requirements :

Diploma in Information Technology

At least 1 year experience in similar position

Experience in Network configuration (CCNA)

Clear communicator (written and verbal)

Capable of prioritising and managing own workload

Self-motivated, proactive and seek to excel

Installation and administration of Windows Server

Deployment and mastering of workstations

Excellent research skills

Knowledge of network management and operation software

Ruby programming language will be an advantage

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all IT Services and support for end-users (monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, back-up, computer/server installation)

Undertake routine preventative measures and implement, maintain and monitor network security and performance.

Support administration of servers and server clusters.

To resolve complex problems and  create and improve procedures

Administers process and tools that support and facilitate the asset tracking process related to the company's activities.
