RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ To offer technical support on-site or via phone or email to end-users
▪ To perform basic computer hardware/ software installation and configuration
▪ Troubleshoot a variety of computer issues.
▪ To maintain and manage workstations, servers, printers and scanners and any other related equipment
▪ Configuring and installing of new IT equipment
▪ Service emails, system integrity, access control and security for all production servers
▪ Determine, identify and troubleshoot technical problems relating to software and hardware
▪ Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
▪ Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues

REQUIREMENTS:
A+ Certification in Information Technology
▪ At least 1 year experience in a similar position
▪ Fully computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
▪ Be fluent in English and French (Written and spoken)
▪ Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
▪ Willingness to work odd hours including Sundays and Public Holidays
▪ Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
