Position Title: PDI Technician / Officer
Department: Aftersales / Vehicle Delivery
Reports to: Aftersales Manager / Aftersales Director
Type: Full-time

Core Responsibilities

• Inspect new and used vehicles prior to customer delivery.

• Check exterior, interior, mechanical, electrical and electronic components.

• Verify accessories, tools, and documentation are complete and compliant.

• Coordinate minor repairs or detailing if needed before handover.

• Technical checks (fluid levels, electronics, warning lights).

• Perform software updates and system checks.

• Maintain PDI records and ensure vehicles meet brand delivery standards.

• Liaise with sales, workshop, and logistics teams for timely delivery.

• Technical diploma or experience in automotive sector/service/inspection.

• Meticulous and quality-conscious.

• Familiarity with checklists, diagnostic tools, and reporting.

• Experience with EVs or digital systems is an advantage.

• Punctual and dynamic.

• Eye for detail (paintwork, alignment, cleanliness, etc.).

• Professionalism in documenting faults and follow-ups.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple vehicles per day.
