Provide technical support to end customers

• Provide onsite technical support to end customers
• Repairs and maintenance of computers/printers/servers both software and hardware
• Attend to network troubleshoots
• Install computer software and configuration on domain controllers
• Attend to technical tasks for laptops, servers & pc
• Be customer oriented, attend complaints and requests in a professional manner
• Be fully conversant with Microsoft products and networks
• Design and implement IT related system infrastructure
• Configure networking devices
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Check operating system and applications/ Ensure that the server’s application is up to date
• Update the Operating system and applications with latest service packs etc. Ensure updates have been installed for all user PC’s
• Check the power sources and UPS logs in respect of power failures
