IT Technician

The key purpose of this role is to deliver Technology Products, Business Process and IT Support End Users.

Key outputs and responsibilities:
•	Under this role the incumbent shall be responsible for the company's network infrastructure and devices as well as supporting the end-users.
•	The incumbent will be tasked with monitoring and attending to computer systems and applications as well as their configurations and diagnosis.
•	Also in the role shall be generic tasks of software and hardware installations and maintenance as well as keeping systems and devices up-to-date.
•	Be responsible for all business tech equipment and devices, as well as their inventories, installations, maintenance and replacement.
