IT Operations Officer

The United Basalt Products Ltd is looking to recruit a motivated IT Operations Officer.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor network infrastructure and resolve system issues
• Provide outstanding support to IT users across the Group
• Attend and resolve any issue regarding the IT network and servers across the Group.
• Set up workstations with necessary peripheral devices across the Group
• Install and configure appropriate software/hardware according to specifications and ensure that they work properly
• Ensure that the internal health and safety regulations are adhered to

 Candidate profile:

• Diploma in Business Information Systems with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Technical knowledge of IT hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking and big data
• Good communication skills and analytical skills
• Ability to deal with difficult customers
• Team spirit
