Sea Resorts Hotels is looking for an IT Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems, business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the Company.
Job description
- Develop, maintain,manage and monitor procedures the Hotel's ICT services
- Manage the information technology and computer systems of the different sites
- Configuration and installation of desktop hardware and software requirements.
- Troubleshooting of Laptops, PCs, Printers, Projectors, telephony, Network and Wi-Fi Issues
- Assist Hotel Staff and clients with their IT needs
- Manage and monitor user access rights and e-mail IDs
- Strictly carry out the backup and recovery procedures as per the guidelines.
- Document Procedures, configurations, SOPs and IT inventory
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time, ensure speedy service.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Monitor infrastructure & systems to detect information security incidents and errors
- End-user Support, network infrastructure support
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Profile
- Bsc in Computer Science or Networking qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the field
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Excellent skills on Microsoft product
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Ability to work odd hours and to respect tight deadlines.
