Responsibilities:

  • Identify and log customer issues and outages to ensure effective tracking.
  • Monitor incidents and escalate as necessary to meet service level agreements.
  • Analyze trends and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Deploy service management procedures and tools to ensure compliance with documentation standards.
  • Operate IT production services in alignment with established protocols.

 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
  • Intermediate proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.

 

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Computer Security Incident Response.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
  • Intermediate proficiency in IT Troubleshooting.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in IT or any other relevant qualifications.
