Profile
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and the Microsoft 365 environment;
Hands-on experience in hardware maintenance, software installation, and user support;
Basic understanding of data protection regulations and information security best practices;
Experience in managing CCTV systems and network infrastructure would be an advantage;
Knowledge of Power BI and production-related software;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues;
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, servers, network devices, etc.);
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects in alignment with company objectives;
Follow up of installation, monitor and manage CCTV systems, ensuring they are fully operational and secured;
Ensure compliance with data protection and information security policies;
Assist in preparing and monitoring the IT budget, including CAPEX follow-up;
Maintain asset inventory and update IT records regularly;
Perform regular data backups and recovery tests to safeguard company data;
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT equipment and support services;
Provide basic IT training or guidance to staff where necessary;
Contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and systems;
