The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This includes fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
Act as a business partner to senior leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead HR projects and initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
Develop effective sourcing strategies and manage onboarding procedures.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and succession plans.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive work environment through communication, recognition, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
Plan and execute engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
4. Performance & Development
Implement and manage performance management systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support management in coaching and talent development initiatives.
5. HR Administration & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and statutory obligations.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Oversee payroll inputs, HRIS updates, and benefits administration.
6. Policy & Procedure Development
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent application of company rules and guidelines across departments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Experience in the hospitality industry will be a strong advantage.
