The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function within the organization. This includes fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.

  • Act as a business partner to senior leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all positions.

  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and manage onboarding procedures.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and succession plans.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote a positive work environment through communication, recognition, and employee feedback mechanisms.

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policy and labor laws.

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

4. Performance & Development

  • Implement and manage performance management systems.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

  • Support management in coaching and talent development initiatives.

5. HR Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and statutory obligations.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Oversee payroll inputs, HRIS updates, and benefits administration.

6. Policy & Procedure Development

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure consistent application of company rules and guidelines across departments.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be a strong advantage.
