The Human Resources Coordinator supports the daily operations of the HR department payroll processing, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR procedures are followed, employee records are properly maintained, and payroll is processed accurately using the Sicorax system.

 

  • Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints, and provide guidance when necessary.
  • Assist in reviewing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Draft contracts, letters, and internal memos.
  • Conduct interviews for junior staff as and when required.
  • Ensure that HR procedures and policies are properly adhered to.
  • Process and prepare payroll using the Sicorax system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor weekly inputs related to Sunday controls, public holidays and overtime.
  • Oversee leaver procedures on a weekly basis.
  • Assist in negotiating and liaising with employment and advertising agencies regarding recruitment advertisements and interview schedules.
  • Monitor and follow up on employee attendance on a weekly basis.
  • Follow up on probation confirmations and extensions.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR records.

Your Profile

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related qualifications in the Tourism Sector
  • Previous experience in the Human Resources department preferably gained within the hotel sector.
  • Hard worker and willing to work flexible hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
