Housekeeping Supervisor

The main responsibility of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to implement instructions from superior and to verify that the hotel’s standards of cleanliness are maintained in the assigned housekeeping section.

• Participate in frequent quality spot-checks in assigned section, with regard to procedures, hygiene, service quality, storage and par stocks.
• Assist superior in efficiently implementing all SOP(s) and ascertain their professional execution.
• Inspect all rooms completed by the Housekeeping Attendant in assigned section.
• Oversee that rooms have been properly cleaned in accordance with hotel standards and are ready to be released.
