DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform general basic electrical installations, replace of bulbs & electrical equipments and research of fault on circuits.
• Perform general plumbing duties including basic installation, unblocking of pipes, replacement of taps and faulty equipment.
• Perform servicing, testing, repairs of pumps and generators and various electrical equipment.
• Perform carpentry repairs.
• Perform preparatory work for maintenance activities, including gathering equipment, materials and supplies, loading and unloading materials, and laying out materials and equipment for projects.
• Deliver maintenance services to resident such as electrical, plumbing and other handyman jobs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in the field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must be comfortable to work under pressure.
