• Lead and empower continual and professional development
• Drive and influence an expanding team in a dynamic organization and thriving learning environment

You have:

• Proven Leadership experience
• Masters or at least BSC education or equivalent experience
• Strong background in recruitment & learning
• Substantial experience in organising, evaluating and developing learning course
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Behaving with authenticity and integrity always
• Be results orientated, driven and resilient
