As a HR & Recruitment Assistant/Clerk at Albert Group., you will support the HR department in recruitment and admin tasks. Your responsibilities will include m assisting with the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is essential in helping us maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, exit processes, and policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Human Resources 
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR software (Vipertex) would be a definite advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, office-based role.
  • Located in Port Louis
  • Mon to Fri: 08h30 - 17h,
  • Sat: 08h30 > 13h.
  • May be required to do overtime from time to time.
