Our client, an international organisation is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth. You will work closely with departmental managers to to identify and recruit the right candidates for their respective teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, agencies and referrals.
- Screen resumes, Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and provide feedback to candidates promptly.
- Assist in the decision-making process by providing relevant insights and recommendations
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Utilise recruitment tools effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by coordinating the onboarding process.
- Provide support to new employees, helping them integrate into the company culture.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Enhance the company's employer brand by engaging with potential candidates and promoting company values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage also some HR and admin tasks communicated by the Head of HR.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, employment laws, and best practices.
- Experience using, social media such as LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in technical or niche recruiting.
- Employer branding and talent marketing experience.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
