The HR Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks across key HR areas. The role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance while building practical HR skills in a professional environment.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication)

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and system updates

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases

  • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation

  • Support employee engagement, training, and internal communications initiatives

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and documented

  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate when needed

  • Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, scheduling)

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment practices

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus

  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive information responsibly

  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a team
