The HR Coordinator shall ensure accurate salary processing, smooth HR administration, effective support for employee relations in a fast-paced operational environment while also supporting strategic HR reporting and analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with WRA 19, company policies, and payroll regulations.
  • Address payroll-related questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track and maintain attendance, overtime, and leaves management to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analysis

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems for all operational staff.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
  • Support in Expatriate Management
  • Assist with performance appraisals and HR reporting.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and communicated clearly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and google drive.
  • Knowledge of SICORAX and EASYTIME will be an advantage
