The HR Coordinator shall ensure accurate salary processing, smooth HR administration, effective support for employee relations in a fast-paced operational environment while also supporting strategic HR reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with WRA 19, company policies, and payroll regulations.
- Address payroll-related questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Track and maintain attendance, overtime, and leaves management to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in HR reporting and analysis
HR Operations:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems for all operational staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Support in Expatriate Management
- Assist with performance appraisals and HR reporting.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and communicated clearly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR and payroll experience.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and google drive.
- Knowledge of SICORAX and EASYTIME will be an advantage
