The ideal candidate will assist with all the basic functions of HR . The person will be able to participate actively in multi tasks of the job. Should demonstrate a great sense of creativity, dynamism and professionalism and willing to work in team.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·The day to day administration of all matters pertaining to Human Resources
·The good human and industrial relations with the personnel and concerned authorities
·The implementation and maintenance of internal procedures and policies
·Build and maintain accurate and confidential filing system
·Recruitment & selection processes in compliance with the standards
·Performing payroll and all necessary details regarding newcomers and contract of employment, termination of employment, resignation letters, suspension and leave
·Involve in training programs, process registration of G1 and G3  in accordance with the Human Resource Development Council
·Perform Headcount, Payroll Audits, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Cost to Company (CTC) reports & statistics

Key Requirements for the post :  

·Have at least 5 years work experience in the Human Resources Department
·Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management will be an advantage
·User friendly with Sicorax system; SESS, Sicorax HR & Sicorax Payroll
·Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills in English & French
·Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
·Organizational, multi – tasking and prioritizing skills
·Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
·Strong IT skills & good sense of creativity
·Strong work ethic and team player
·Good listener & ability to communicate with various levels of management
·Dynamic, outgoing, friendly and pleasant personality
