PNL is looking for a HR Coordinator for its Human Resource department.
MAIN DUTIES:
•Attendance Management: Monitor employee attendance and ensure timely, accurate submission of data for payroll processing.
•HR Initiatives and Projects: Support the development and improvement of HR systems, and lead projects for HR operations.
•Policy Guidance: Advise employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
•Payroll Duties: Compile and submit employee data such as attendance, leave, and allowances to support accurate and timely payroll processing.
•Training and Welfare: Assist in planning and coordinating training programs and staff welfare activities .
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Holder of a Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent and/or any other higher relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar post.
• Excellent knowledge of Office Software (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with an HRMS would constitute a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication (both written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
