HR Assistant

To provide HR administrative support to the team and assist the HR Manager in various HR functions.

 

Main duties:

  • Act as administrator of the HRIS and Time & Attendance Management System
  • Prepare contract of employment and documents for payroll
  • Validate Time & Attendance for payroll processing
  • Prepare and submit monthly KPIs for HR
  • Assist in recruitment and selection
  • Handle disciplinary cases and advise line managers on disciplinary issues

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Be fully involved in the organization of Staff Welfare activities

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma in HR Management
  • 5 years of proven working experience in an HR/IR environment
  • Good knowledge in Timekeeping and working with a Time & Attendance software and/payroll
  • Sound understanding of labour laws

 Other Requisites

  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
  • Methodical , organised, with excellent administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and linguistic skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
  • Capable of working well under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines
