Profile
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management;
At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role;
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Discreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential information responsibly;
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, assist with payroll and leave updates, and handle general HR filing and correspondence;
Assist with job postings, application screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees;
Respond to staff queries, help organize meetings and training, and support initiatives that promote a positive workplace;
Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labour laws; update HR data, reports, and records for audits;
Assist in the organisation of Welfare activities;
Coordinate with external partners (insurers, training bodies, recruiters) and assist in employee engagement activities or any other HR-related tasks as needed;
