• Taking ownership of customer issues via TeamViewer and seeing problems through to resolution
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including network configuration

Profile: 

1. School Certificate / Higher School Certificate
2. Good written and oral of French Language
3. technical knowledge
4. Dynamic, at ease with telephone and computer tools.
