DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undertake front of house duties and attend to the needs of guests to ensure a good customer service experience.
- Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues to maintain high quality customer service.
- Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay and handles any queries.
- Assist in dealing with guests complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
- Reporting of guest comments.
- Upselling of activities and package.
- Assist the wedding guests.
- Attend general enquiries received by phone & e-mails.
