DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake front of house duties and attend to the needs of guests to ensure a good customer service experience. 
  • Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues to maintain high quality customer service. 
  • Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay and handles any queries. 
  • Assist in dealing with guests complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
  • Reporting of guest comments. 
  • Upselling of activities and package. 
  • Assist the wedding guests. 
  • Attend general enquiries received by phone & e-mails.
