Oversees service quality, coordinates with departments to meet guest needs, and implements strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Guest Relations team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Welcome guests, ensuring attention to detail and personalised service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate operational performance with Heads of Departments.
  • Provide prompt report to Management for any request and issues.
  • Act decisively during emergencies, including implementing the evacuation plan.

Qualifications and profile:

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations.
  • Strong operational knowledge across multiple hotel departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure.
  • Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
