Oversees service quality, coordinates with departments to meet guest needs, and implements strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Guest Relations team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
- Welcome guests, ensuring attention to detail and personalised service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate operational performance with Heads of Departments.
- Provide prompt report to Management for any request and issues.
- Act decisively during emergencies, including implementing the evacuation plan.
Qualifications and profile:
- Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or guest relations.
- Strong operational knowledge across multiple hotel departments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
