Provide friendly, efficient service in line with standards, ensuring guest satisfaction by coordinating all requested services and attending to every detail from arrival to departure.
- Take part in training and implement accordingly.
- Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area.
- VIP personalized welcome at the airport.
- Welcome Guests and assist for check-in/ check-out process.
- Accompany Guests in their room & conduct hotel domain visit to Guests.
- Provide explanations to Guests regarding room amenities and equipment.
- Proceed with their Check in on tablets (from the reception or directly in the room).
- Conduct efficiently and effectively hotel visits.
- Give relevant and up-to-date information to Guests.
- Proceed with packing and unpacking of guest luggage.
- Provide the maximum of services & attention during guest stay (anniversary/special diners/etc).
- Collect Guests comments.
- Update Guests complaints.
- Compile Guests preferences.
- Promote upselling.
- Minimize wastage.
- Check on amenities offered in rooms/ suite/ villa and stationery.
- Attend to all requests from guest and communicate preferences to all departments concerned.
- Display flower arrangements in room / suite / villa, refreshing and changing them when required.
- Prepare International newspapers as per guest request.
- Ensure that room / suite / villa is always kept clean and tidy.
- Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units.
- Notify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society.
