Graphic Executive

Winners, the leading supermarket chain in Mauritius, is looking for a dynamic Graphic Executive who will responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to execution, while providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives,and translate them into innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand identity.
• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
• Take a hands-on approach to design, producing original and impactful visuals for various marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, branding collateral, digital assets, and presentations.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and brand standards, ensuring consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
