Are you an ‘out of the box’ analytical thinker? Do you feel you can make the difference? If so is the case, give us an opportunity to meet with you. ENL Corporate Services is looking for a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Officer to join its growing and dynamic team.
Main responsibilities
- To provide support in terms of enhancement of the governance framework, as well as formalization and dissemination of group policies and code of ethics across the Group and its subsidiaries.
- To assist in the design and continuously appraise the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework for the Group, thereby supporting the clusters and entities of the Group for regular review of Risk Registers.To facilitate the reporting over risk management at the respective boards and corporate governance disclosures.
- To establish and perform periodic reviews as per compliance program encompassing business policies, processes and legislations in order to assess the risk and implications of non-compliance for the Group.
Profile of successful candidates
1. Degree holder in field of expertise or any related field.
2. Professional qualifications required such as ACCA, CIMA, CIA, CRMA, certification ISO 31000.
3. Minimum 4 years’ work experiences in the field of risk management, accounting, business analysis, auditing, financial consulting or other related fields.
4. Have strong critical thinking, analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking ability.
5. Have good interpersonal and communication skills to build on client relationships.
6. Outgoing, good organisational skills and excellent team player.
7. Strategic and business acumen and knowledge in business trends would be a strong advantage.
8. Proactive, Dynamic, Focused and Result oriented.
