Gear Helper

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Gear Helper to assist clients with equipment and ensure all safety procedures are followed before they participate in activities.

Main Duties:

• Explain and enforce safety procedures clearly to all clients.

• Ensure all clients complete the disclaimer form prior to activities.

• Classify clients based on the type of activity and operational guidelines.

• Verify receipts before equipping clients.

• Properly fit and secure harnesses and gear on clients.

• Ensure clients meet height and age requirements for activities.

• Maintain client safety and comfort while adhering to all safety rules.

• Stay updated with current safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or safety-related role is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of safety equipment and procedures (training will be provided).

• Physically fit with the ability to lift gear and assist clients when needed.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.

• Ability to stay calm and professional in a high-energy, outdoor environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
