We're looking for motivated individuals to join our customer support team! This is an excellent entry-level opportunity where you'll help businesses with their ticketing needs. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You'll Do:
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, and ticketing systems
- Solve problems related to ticket sales and system issues
- Take detailed notes of client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Work with IT team to resolve technical issues and system setups
- Collaborate with administrative team to address client needs
- Create reports using Excel to track tickets and issues
- Follow up on client requests to ensure timely resolution
What We're Looking For:
- SC/HSC/Diploma or certificate qualification
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM systems (like Jira) is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Eager to learn and grow in a support role
