Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private wealth management, financial advisory or private banking.
A demonstrable track record of client acquisition, portfolio growth, and relationship retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, leveraging both existing relationships and new business development.
- Transition and retain your current client book under the firm’s platform, ensuring a smooth and compliant migration.
- Deliver tailored financial and investment advice aligned with each client’s goals, risk appetite and life stage.
- Develop comprehensive wealth management strategies, including investment planning, retirement solutions, tax efficiency and estate structuring.
- Actively source and convert new client opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships and industry events.
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, making proactive recommendations and adjustments.
- Work closely with internal specialists to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary financial solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, compliance and ethical standards in all client interactions.

- Strong business development and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-centric approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field (advanced degrees or MBAs are a plus).
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in developing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through strategic business development and relationship management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning and wealth structuring.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. RDR-compliant qualifications, CFP, CFA, CISI Level 4 or higher).
