We are looking for a Functional Support Engineer with solid experience on SuccessFactors to support our HR Information Systems team.

💼 Your Missions:

🔧 Functional Support & Assistance

Provide Level 2 support on SAP SuccessFactors modules (Onboarding, Recruitment, PMGM, Core HR, Time Management, etc.)

Monitor and resolve tickets and incidents within SLA timelines

Coordinate follow-ups on unresolved issues

Run non-regression testing during system updates
🗂️ Documentation & Process Improvement

Create and update user guides and operating procedures

Suggest improvements to functional and support processes

👤 Your Profile:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IT, or related fields
✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant on SAP SuccessFactors
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable working in a collaborative, offshore team environment
