The ideal candidate is proficient in cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) or native development (Kotlin + Swift), and comfortable working on both frontend and backend components of mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform or native mobile apps for Android and iOS.
- Ensure responsive, high-performance user interfaces and offline functionality.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs, databases, and third-party services (Firebase, Google Maps, payment gateways).

Backend & Integration

- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python (FastAPI), .NET, or other modern frameworks.
- Design and manage databases (e.g., Firebase, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Implement authentication, real-time sync, push notifications, and analytics.

Testing & Deployment

- Write unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend code.
- Use CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
- Deploy to Google Play Store and Apple App Store with proper compliance.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA testers.
- Participate in code reviews, agile sprints, and team planning sessions.
- Contribute to documentation and internal developer resources.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience in mobile app development (Android and iOS).
- Proficient in one or more mobile frameworks:
  - Cross-platform: Flutter, React Native, Xamarin
  - Native: Kotlin (Android), Swift (iOS)
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python, or .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth2, Firebase, and cloud integration.
- Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or real-time messaging.
- Familiarity with mobile accessibility and security standards.
- Knowledge of app store deployment pipelines and release management.
- Exposure to analytics tools (Firebase Analytics, App Center, Google Analytics for Mobile).

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
