Food and Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food & Safety Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be the guardian of our food quality and safety standards, ensuring that every product we deliver is safe, compliant, and of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

: Monitor and enforce food safety and hygiene standards across all operations

: Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments in line with HACCP, ISO, GMP

: Develop and update food safety policies, procedures, and training programs

: Investigate and resolve food safety incidents and customer complaints

: Maintain accurate compliance and audit records

: Collaborate with management to build a culture of food safety

: Stay updated with the latest legislation and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

: Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field

: Experience in food safety, quality assurance, or similar roles

: Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations

: Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

: Effective communication and interpersonal skills

: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
