Fleet Management Officer

The Fleet Management Officer is responsible for the administration management of all vehicles including the maintenance and servicing, registration and compliance of the Company's vehicle fleet.

• Provide and manage resources in terms of vehicles
• Liaise and deal with suppliers and our partners regarding operational matters and fleet transactions. 
• Ensure administration and documentation that adhere to NTA regulations. 
• Perform vehicle registration, insurance, and documentation for new vehicles. 
• Maintain databases for sales, registration, inspections, and maintenance. 
• Monitor fleet operation compliance with regulations in Mauritius. 
• Manage the processes for damage estimates and repairs. 
• Ensure the implementation and proper execution in standards, procedures, and policies.
• Follow up on vehicle accident and damage reports.
