Are you ready to take on a key role in a dynamic finance team? We are looking for a Financial Analyst  to join our team and contribute to the financial stability and growth of our organization. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional, this opportunity is for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to the HUB (e.g. Analytique, Liasse Conso, DFRS).
  • Provide monthly sales reports to management.

Inventory Reconciliation

  • Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations for parts and machines.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Report stock values by location to management monthly.

Budgeting

  • Gather and analyze departmental information for annual budget forecasts.
  • Present budget forecasts to stakeholders.

Margin Reconciliations

  • Prepare monthly margin reports for parts and machines.
  • Analyze margin variations and contributing factors.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and Commercial teams for margin validation.
  • Maintain records of contracts, CBU, and related documents.

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide analytic support: ensure correct usage of analytic codes.
  • Perform sequence checks on sales invoices.
  • Support audits with relevant financial data and documentation.
  • Reconcile and process balance sheet items (e.g. C36 receivables, cost of sales provisions).
  • Handle FX adjustments (hedging vs IE rate).
  • Identify and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.
  • Supervise subordinates and provide necessary support.
  • Reconcile purchase and sales figures monthly on an invoice basis.
  • Ensure timely task completion per management deadlines.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by management.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and responsively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial databases
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the African market is an advantage
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Partly ACCA Qualified - Level 2/3.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience of working in a similar position.
  • Professional certification
