Finance Manager

Overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This includes strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting. Provides critical insight to support decision-making and ensures the company’s financial health and sustainability.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Manage cash flow, investment portfolios, capital expenditures, and working capital.

• Coordinate audits, tax planning, and filing with external auditors and tax authorities.

• Supervise and develop the finance team, including accountants and analysts.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis and projections.

• Lead risk management activities, including insurance, internal controls, and legal compliance.
