The job incumbent will be responsible for installation and support of Printing and Scanning Production Equipment and platforms.
He/She will:
> Provide installation, troubleshooting and repair services to our customers on printing equipment;
> Offer technical support to customers both onsite and remotely;
> Follow guidelines and best practises and suggest improvements as required;
> Ensure customer satisfaction while aligning to the company’s objectives;
> Provide optimal information, guidance, and support to all stakeholders;
> Prepare reports with information summaries and analysis.
Profile of ideal candidate:
> Good mastery of production Colour laser printing hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
> Experience with Xerox Production Printing Equipment or equivalent.
> Experience in colour management software and techniques is a definite advantage
> HSC holder
> A Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics or Electronics or any equivalent combination of education
> Good practical knowledge of electronics and/or printing and scanning equipment
> A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in a similar position
> Very good communication and interpersonal skills
> Dynamic, pro-active and pleasant personality
> Very good mastery of written and spoken English.
