Fast Food Operative (Full time or Part Time)

Performing a variety of tasks relating to preparation of Pizza Take orders from customers and handle cash / card

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respect all food safety procedures and maintain quality standards
• Manage dough and stretch
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils and keep makeline clean and participate with store cleaning
• Monitor and ensure exact measurement of all ingredients for all food items
• Monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking time
• Prepare great pizzas and side orders
• Cut & Pack pizzas accordingly
• Greet guest upon arrival at the counter
• Request customer order
• Use electronic/manual ordering and cashiering system to place an order
• Get payment and complete transaction 

Other qualifications:

• Minimum Form 5
• Holder for a Food Handler’s Certificate
• Have a positive personality
• Customer service oriented
• Able to work on a shift system including weekends and public holidays
