As a Fast Food Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks to our customers, following health and safety standards, and keeping the work area clean and tidy. You will also interact with customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Take orders and process payments using the point of sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
• Stock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional way.
• Communicate and cooperate with other staff members and managers.

Requirements:

• Accredited Course Certificate in food industry or be able to obtain such relevant certification
• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• The ability to work well under pressure and multitask
• The ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• The availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• A friendly and outgoing personality
